It’s official Jessica Jonathan Yaniv Simpson is Homeless, the court today granted Alta West the title / ownership of the Condo and they will proceed to sell the unit and take all the proceeds.
Jon’s condo court hearing, scheduled for 5 minutes was about number 16 on the docket. He didn’t try to get it heard first like he did in July. I guess his ex-girlfriend PI Jane didn’t want to pay for body guards this time.
Rexy was in attendance wearing a metal muzzle and appeared drugged to remain calm. (Someone truly needs to recuse that poor dog!)
Miriam Yaniv was along for the ride or die adventure.
10:04 am PST: Ryan Elson had the other PI Ladytron serve Jon with legal papers at the courthouse – and Jon assaulted her – allegedly.
The Mew Crew is being relayed information from various sources, including a woman KS, that in the courtroom, that went to witness the spectacle. This is the same woman that went in July 2025, she is not a member of The Mew Crew, but a good source of information and supporter.
Before the court heard Jon’s case, Miriam has spotted the woman KS, and moved near her in the court room. Miriam may have taken photos of the woman.
11:00 am PST – A Side note as MM wait to hear: Even if the court did decide to grant another 6 months based on the lie, that Jon has source of payment, or that Miriam will pay his debt – there can not be enough equity in Miriam’s little senior condo to pay off Jon’s debt. Not only that – it means 6 months more of interest and bills to add on to the total. It’s a delusional delay. Jon purchased this Condo for $308,000 CAD in August 2017. He had a mortgage in 2017. He now owes far more than what he purchased the apartment for. He clearly just borrowed the equity endlessly to get to this point. Even if you mathematically backed out the interest accumulation, Jon was underwater years ago, and in debt beyond his means. All those food orders and Olive Garden breadsticks, and all he has to show for it is his giant Gunt.
Furthermore, even if the court grants another 6 months, we also calculate that there is not enough equity in Miriam’s condo either. She bought her apartment for $280,000 CAD in August 2017 and has had the same mortgage on the property even since. So there is a debt on that condo too. Currently there is a much larger (740 square foot) condo on the same 4th floor as hers in the Senior building and it is listed at $449,000 CAD and has been sitting for months unsold, and had the price reduced. If a nice, clean larger unit on the top floor of The Residence building can’t sell for $450,000 CAD – Miriam’s much smaller lesser quality unit won’t fetch $400,000 CAD. Also you have to factor in the realtor fees, and the seller in Canada pays BOTH the buyer and sellers realtor fees out of their sale proceeds. Deduct whatever mortgage Miriam has and truly – she might get $300,000 out of the sale. Not enough to cover Jon’s debt.
It is highly doubtful anyone has agreed to lend Jon and Miriam $500,000 – unless there is some new Jewish family friend with bottomless pockets willing to bail them out. Again, this scenario seems unlikely but who knows, maybe if Jon admits he is a Jewish gay bloke – someone will help them out?
11:25 am PST – One other financial note: Jon has OTHER debt. Not only the judgements in court that he owes, about $5,000 CAD ish but by MM calculations he has probably also has about $60,000-$80,000 in student loan debt. Then MM suspect there is probably loads of Credit Card debt, and possibly even a Line of Credit which is usually based not he equity on that condo. The white SUV is Leased. He doesn’t have any other assets. Miriam may have a steady income, through pensions and Canada’s CCP and old age benefits, and probably Disability. Even if you add in the Deaf Aunt and her Disability Government payments, it isn’t enough to cover rent in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area. These 3 would have to move to cheaper pastures.
11:27 am PST: The woman KS reports the court is on break, and Jon has gone ballistic due to her presence. Sheriffs have had to intervene. Has Jon assaulted another woman today?
11:29 am PST: Mad Miriam Yaniv is arguing in the courtroom hallway with the Sheriffs.
11:30 am PST: Apparently Jon has bought a new pair of dark coloured SPY glasses like the light colored ones he always wears. There is NO RECORDING ALLOWED in court and it seems Jon has been asked to remove the glasses?
12:05 pm PST: Jon’s case is coming up in the court docket. And we wait.
12:15 pm PST: Taking a pause to read what the KiwiFarmers are saying and having a great laugh about Jon’s “relationship” history posted in the forum. The Farmers are speculating that since Jon tested positive for Genital Herpes he possibly has had sex. Let’s break this down for the STI and STD newbies out there. One can get genital herpes WITHOUT SEX. There are multiple types of herpes and many can be transmitted from a hand to the genitals area. No sex required. Just some rub and tug.
