PSA for my Palm Beach Gardens Peeps, please be aware that the PBG Building Department is now only saving records for 7 years. After 7 years they are deleted, so save hard copies of building plans and permits. Yes, at a time when Insurance coverage & rates are increasingly tied to your home construction - they are deleting your records. Be Aware!
