Earlier this week, Mayor Giannattasio had the honor of helping Helen Koziel celebrate her upcoming 108th birthday! Mrs. Koziel was joined by family and friends at the Woodruff Family YMCA to celebrate the occasion. Throughout the years, Mrs. Koziel could be found volunteering at the Beth-El Center and attending YMCA classes.
