Congratulations to Antonio King on his historic appointment as Chicago’s first Director of LGBTQ+ Affairs.
This milestone reflects the values of our city and the leadership of Mayor Brandon Johnson in ensuring LGBTQ+ Chicagoans are represented at the highest levels of City government. In the 4th Ward, we are proud to stand with and uplift our LGBTQ+ residents, and we know Antonio’s decades of service in public health, advocacy, and community building will strengthen communities across every neighborhood.
