Note: Backup frequency is daily, however we use realtime replication at 5-minute intervals and multiple replica servers to ensure data resiliency. We will add merkle tree verification in future so you can verify your data securely. Cold wallets (7x5 Multi-Sig for higher value assets) are not counted here.

Proof of Safety refers to HOW securely the assets we hold on behalf of our users are stored. This demonstrates that we maintain sufficient process and protocol to fully restore every user's holdings without loss in the event of a disaster.

Exchange logs and User data are encrypted at rest and redundant copies are stored in multiple Blob storage providers viz. AWS S3, Wasabi Cloud and Azure Blob.

Coin wallets are either VMs or Docker containers, and are stored as 'snapshots' to ensure rapid easy recoverability at 2 locations (one on-site and one off-site).

Misc. data includes things like usage logs, licensed software, company marketing material and suchlike.
