1) Your responsibility

By using this exchange, you agree to trade at your own risk. Digital assets are volatile and prices may move quickly. We are not responsible for any loss due to market movement, user mistakes, or technical issues.

2) Custodial model

We operate a custodial exchange. We hold the wallet keys and we will not provide private keys for addresses shown in your account. When a withdrawal is completed, please withdraw coins to a wallet you control.

3) Availability & warranty

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur.

4) Compliance

You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. You must secure your account (strong passwords, 2FA) and keep API keys secret.

5) Prohibited behavior

• Attempting to bypass security or rate limits
• Market manipulation, abuse, or illegal activity
• Automated use that violates our API rules

6) Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
