Harnessing the power of small donors was great masterclass here on day 2 of Political Tech Summit. Loads to bring back to women preparing for 2029 Local Elections

I prefer to be talked about as a potential voter and not a potential donor. I am also a woman. Consider how this post comes across to people like me
Harnessing the power of authenticity and a genuine value system, based on human rights is a good start. Then harnessing the power of effective and meaningful communication would be a nice second step. Democrats...you listening?
wonderful! Australia's community independents project has supported more women into politics, changing the tone and reflecting community values. Here's some resources from Australia to help www.communityindependentsproject.org/cip-toolkit
The efforts to attract small dollar donors have almost zero integrity. We should not vote or give our money to any candidate who accepts corporate, billionaire, or secret Dark money. That applies to the DNC. Our small donations don’t matter to the leaders of either party.
If this is for the DNC, good luck with that. "For too long! We haven't had a public option! We will have a public option! And student loan relief! and..." (after the election) "haha sike! I voted for student loans and health insurance, fuck all y'all." YET AGAIN. wHy dONT thEy tRusT uS anYmoRe
Hi! Is this recorded anywhere? Our team has spent about $10k this year on free legal materials to help communities, and we can’t seem to figure out how to recoup the costs. To be clear, no one is looking to make a dime; however it would be great to put the money in to fund more research projects.
I'm all done donating anything to any political party, starting with the US government. Zero labor.
Could not agree more about the poetic angle, btw ...
