What's to discuss, have someone in place ot read and respond to comments, it's not difficult.

It's been 2 days since the original post and you've yet to respond to a single comment, the "in some cases, a response at all." seems like the one you'd apply to everyone. Also saying you wouldn't even respond to some comments is appauling business practice.
And as I said before I'll say again, why did you collect shipping fees when it was nowhere near complete. By August shipping prices will have changed (especially for the US) and evenmore so by the extra weight and size brought on by the new cards you're adding.
Gotta say I am curious, you collected the shipping fees months ago, then suddenly you set up a new business. Now you're saying it won't be until August. Didn't know between back then and August shipping fees would be the exact same, expecially with the US and tariffs rigtht now... It's obvious prices change, espceically when you said it yourself in the last update, you're adding extra cards, which is probably a new box design for the new cards, which is a new weight, which is a higher shipping fee.
Care to explain that? And by explain I mean a sufficient answer and not brushed off with the usual "oh we'll look into it and get back to you"
At this point in the project you should have definitive answers. Why did you collect more money from people when you knew damn well it wasn't even close to being sent out because the final specs of the product aren't finalised with a official shipping date set.

It won't be too late. The farther they keep pushing back the deadline the time for a refund from the credit card company also extends.

Had a feeling the refunds would make them post something, and who'd have thought they did, and it's as low effort as usual, which isn't surprising.
No English translation, isn't difficult to do but the fact you'd rather have backers do it because you're too lazy to do it yourself is just a joke.
The generic "Thank you for your continued support" no there isn't everyone is getting fed up and getting refunds.
We'll consider making more frequent updates. Consider? So that means you won't do it, again no promises made means no promises are broken. Just like during the funding you said you'd "consider" showing up the rulebook, then just ignored all mention of it.
We've made progress, but will offer no images to show you. Rulebook is nearly done, adding more stuff to it, or so they claim. Been over a year since funding ended, why is something as basic as that not finished. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they couldn't be bothered to get the rulebook properly translated. The cards still have translation errors on them which they've made no comment on. Speaking of which.
Working on the cards. Still?! You spent last year doing nothing else but redesigning them, a change no one liked, then sitting back and doing nothing for the rest of the year. And now you're redesigning them all yet again.

Will ICREA really just keep doing what they have been doing? Just ignore us and keep giving half-baked apologies? Probably.
I don't believe that the campaign is actually cancelled, ICREA is the only one who can verify as such (like they would).
But, if their core audience is starting to refund, that means there will be less money into the project and the quality will surely deteriorate as a result.

You're assuming ICREA ever had the intention of fulfillment in the first place and their cheesecake shop embezzlement was purely a coincidence. They are almost certainly under review of their license by Sega/Atlas right now. If they revoked the license they will have to cancel and refund us all.

本日クレジットカード会社に電話をすることができたので現状報告致します。
電話にて以下の内容をほぼそのままお伝えしました。

2024/12/14にお支払いした51000円で、KICKSTARTERというクラウドファンディングのサイトです。
ICREAという会社のSHIN MEGAMI TENSEI THE BOARD GAMEという商品を支援したのですが、支援期間終了後に当初の計画と大きく異なるテーマのデザインに変更したり、商品の配送予定日も最初は2025年4月→2025年内→2026年内→2026年8月とされましたが未だにフィギュアのサンプル画像の提示等が無い状態です。支援者への対応も支援者のコメントの返答も半年以上前から無視と酷く、商品のデザインも当初のものから大きくかわってしまったため返金を依頼したいという考えに至りました。
同じプロジェクトに支援している方で異議申し立てが通り、返金していただいた方が多く出てきたため、大変お手数ですが自分も返金をお願いしたく存じます。
このあと夕方にカード会社から電話がきたのですが、生憎手が離せない状況だったため明日の昼休みに折り返しをする予定です。
また進捗があればご報告させていただきます。
他にも異議申し立てを行おうとしている方へ情報の足しになればと思います。

自分としてはかなり葛藤がありました。。。
あの真・女神転生のボードゲームが出るということで興奮しながらポチポチしてたときを今でも鮮明に覚えています。
ただ、運営の対応の酷さと、自称ボードゲームソムリエの監修と聞き、この51000円は他のボードゲームの購入資金にした方が有意義だと言う結論にいたりました。
自分はぶっちゃけフィギュアはそこまでのハイクオリティは求めておらず、いい感じのボードゲームが手元にあればたまに遊びたいなと思ってたぐらいですが、ボドゲソムリエの監修した他のボドゲ調べてみてみてください、、、まじでおもんなさそう、、、買う気が起きない内容だったのでボドゲとしてもこりゃダメだということで全く欲しくなくなりました。現時点でのこのちゃちいパソコンのデザインもセンスの欠けらも無いし笑
ちなみに自分は30近くのボードゲームを所持しておりますが、どのボードゲームよりも本当にセンスがない気がしますし、ルールも公開されてる情報的になんか単調で眠くなりそうだなと思いました。
仮に将来手元に届いた方々がこのボードゲームを高く評価することになるとしても別に興味ないなというところまできてしまってます。
仮に異議申し立てが通らなければ1回くらいは遊んで転売しようかと考えてます。

GameSparkの記事に初日についていた資金流用疑惑に関するコメントが消されているのを確認しました。どうやらよほどプロジェクトの現在の状況と飲食業への業種転換を指摘されたくないようです。外部でのコメント検閲に手を出していることを考えると、8月出荷の件も本当かどうかいよいよ怪しくなってきました。クレジットカード会社への異議申し立ては可能な限り早めに始めたほうがよさそうです。

カード会社に異議申し立てしたところ、自分が使用したカード会社は90日以内でないと調査できないとのことでした…
どなたかICREA社に直談判して返金になったケースはあるのでしょうか…？

私は今回のアップデートがくる少し前にアトラス公式に連絡をしており、定型文での返答でなくしっかりとした説明を要望したところ、「当事会社ではないため内容にたいして明言できませんが、予定が大幅に遅れていることは把握しており、事業会社様には早急に正確なスケジュールを再算定し、支援者の皆様に向けた告知を行っていただくよう依頼しております（意訳）」と返答をいただいておりました。
これはつまり、今回のアップデートはアトラス公式から指示されたために行われたものであり、指示がなければイクリエからはなんの説明もなかったであろうと思っております。
アトラス公式からの依頼指示によるアップデート報告なのであれば、同様内容の報告をアトラス公式にも行っていると思われますが、この1年のイクリエのていたらくを見るに、信用できないというのが実際のところです。

ついにゲームスパークに記事が載りましたね。コメント欄でもチーズケーキの件について指摘が入っていますが、本当に本プロジェクト関連品の製造の発注を受けた工場は存在するのでしょうかね。
フィギュアの写真を載せるのは早くて4月遅くて6月からだと思います。
その後に返金申立てをしても間に合わないようにするためです。
その時に酷い写真を見てから行動しても遅いということです。

製造中と言い張ってはいますがアップデートに記載なし・フィギュアや小物類のサンプル画像一切なし・ログイン履歴の月単位での空白と信頼に値するものが一切ありませんね。状況的におそらく製造の発注すらしていないと確信できる要素もありますが、クレジットカード会社や版権元への通報が相当こたえているのでしょうか。仮に製造を開始していたとしてもおそらくサンプル画像の提示ができないほど低品質な出来なのだと推測されます。キックスターターには一度しか通報できない仕様となっていますので、アトラスやセガ、クレジットカード会社への異議申し立ては早めに行ったほうがよさそうです。
アップデートの方でもコメントしましたが、
画像サンプルの掲載もルールブックの掲載もデザインは結局どうなったのかもなしと、、、
妄言もいい加減にしてほしいです、、、

嬉しいやら悲しいやら複雑な気持ちです。
その方のツイートを拝見させて頂いたら動き始めて払い戻しまで1年近くかかっているみたいですね、、、
個人的にはデザインが戻ってくれればそれでも良いかなと思っておりましたが、諦めの気持ちが増しつつあります。
