This AutoHotkey script allows you to run background key presses in Diablo Immortal without taking control of your keyboard, letting you do other work or browse while the game stays active.

• Presses 1, 2, 3, 4 in sequence every second.
• Presses Q every 5 seconds.
• Holds down Space while active.
• Runs in the background, targeting only the Diablo Immortal window.

• Windows OS
• AutoHotkey installed
• Diablo Immortal running (window title must include "Diablo Immortal")

1. Download and install AutoHotkey.
2. Download diablo_immortal.ahk.
3. Double-click to run it.
4. Press F8 to toggle the macro on/off.

It will send keys only to Diablo Immortal, not your active window.

• You can check if it’s working by hovering over the Diablo Immortal preview from the taskbar — you’ll see keypresses.
• Make sure the game window isn't minimized.

• Press F8 to pause.
• Right-click the green “H” icon in the system tray → Exit.
