Perhaps there is no (reasonably broad) demographic that is above admiring cute paw beans.
She however also drew this character as a spider taur and another as a centipede dog with 10 pairs of paws (with beans, naturally) — now that's WEIRD.

> Averi is an androgynous character.
Is she though? Imo save fur a handful of drawings, it's pretty evident it's a girl.
>xboxhueg eyes, usually rounded
>eyelashes often drawn
>hips twice as wide as shoulders
>well-defined thighs
>brown fur markings clearly stand-ins fur stockings and long evening gloves
>hair is either waist-long or well-made-up
>quirky chungus personality
>voluminous delicious chest fluff
Aside from giving her badonkers, the only thing that can could be done is somehow making the snout&nose curvier, upper eyelashes to be always visible and huge, or having her always wear a sundress or a bra.
I'd argue that it is the rest of her character cast that is too androgynous, with males looking too girly. You often just can't tell what they are supposed to be. That's alright when it comes to pokemon and the amount of 'female' Renamon artworks ruined by her being burdened with jugs is way too high, but with OCs you'd think one would have more liberty to better express such things.

We could debate this further, cheat while measuring her hip to shoulder ratio to better support our side of the argument — or, better yet, move on to discussing what it means from a psychological standpoint fur an artist to draw everyone in such a girly manner. She's had a decade of experience drawing regularly yet elected to draw everyone in such a manner. Could it be she had an aver(hue)sion to classic masculinity? I wonder.

Choose your own preferences. Picrel is probably more realistic. But if you, as an author, want to say "human/anthro couples can have children, and they always turn out as one species or the other, randomly," you can do that too. It sidesteps the problem neatly. Maybe the anthro traits, or human traits, could even skip a generation or two.

>human couple marries
>have babby
>babby is adorable fox girl
>"Lucy! Joo got some SPLAININ to do!"
>"Grandma was a fox. It's why we're all redheads."

Nobody ever talks about it so any mention was good. I was thinking of having the main character being a human/boarder collie mix where it’s basically a human with a skin muzzle and skin tail. I think it would be fun to try and get an audience to care fur a character like that.
>>88545
In a fictional world it can be sunshine and rainbows it doesn’t have to make perfect sense. I just think it’s a fun argument in HMOFA threads because there’s no perfect answer.

I recently learned about this concept "Malthusianisms". Why do we plan more than we do? Because otherwise doing would be as easy as thinking. More abstractly, given "Why does X suck?" the answer is frequently is, "because if it didn't, we'd do X until it does".

In my headcannon, the offspring of a man and a fox is either a human boy or a fox girl.
It is scientifically unsound and ignores the evolutionary point of reproduction, but easily bypasses the hybrid issue.

Having the genetic makeup include data on both human and anthro versions of the person solves the above issue, too.
Fig 2. is a case of lycanthropy with the daughter not having exhibited the signs of having been afflicted until she was like 6.

So both parents would have a set of recessive genes describing them as a human/anthro, and one of these sets comes into play depending on the same coin toss that determines which gender the offspring is.

"Realistically" things would be more like in >>88545's pic rel which is disconcerting. Imagine pulling a short straw and being born a human with a long furless snout.
Or an wrist-long pencil-thin tail. Seen a photo of an Indian man with such a tail once, it was horrifying.

Just keep in mind, that isn't universal. There are a lot of people out there who get through life thinking as little as possible, planning as little as possible. Their lives don't always go very well, though I've heard someone say that it can be a lot of fun (fur a while) if you're born with a trust fund. There are people out there who are only alive right now because they can't get it together enough to get enough money at once fur enough drugs to overdose. And these people have always been with us. I am not trying to say "99% of people are totally NPCs, bro, everybody's a P-zombie but you and me and I'm not sure about you." I am not sure they're even the majority of humanity. But there have always been a lot of them out there.

>>88571
>lycanthropy

I know I've got a case of the /hmofa/ mofu-mofu brain (hmofu?). I know werewolves are supposed to be figures of horror, evil monsters that run amok, that no weapon can harm unless it has magical properties, flesh-and-blood murder machines that never stop killing. I know I'm not supposed to perceive them this way. But call me Ken Ashcorp because I've got to touch fluffy tail.
