How long does it take for Cloudcone's affiliate commission withdrawal requests to be processed?

It's been almost 20 days, and I haven't received any response or resolution!
Please have the Cloudcone official team handle this!

    The official automated response stated 7-14 business days, but it has been much longer than that now.

    Today is Monday.
    When I posted the previous thread, I submitted a new ticket and received a reply that it was under review, but the processing time has already far exceeded 7-14 business days!

    This is the first reply I've received. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

    I will continue to update you on the latest situation until the problem is resolved!
