Geno faked his suicide
UPDATE: Deleted the “shackle isn't a real person" section. There is not enough evidence to reasonably conclude so. We apologize.

On January 5th 2026, Geno made a pot on twitter where he said his farewells and attempted suicide. This was later verified by shackles, who said he fell four stories and was in critical condition.
However, we have reason to assume that this entire story may allegedly be fabricated. Firstly, two days after his attempt the account @/COMBATINITIATED was actively liking tweets

Which is weird because Shackles explicitly stated that she was locked out of the account-and it was able to gain access seven days later.
So the only plausible explanation is that geno was operating the account at the time. However, this would contradict the claim that he was in critical condition. Patients in the ICU (especially those with broken bones) would be too incapacitated to use social media.
Secondly, we were able to find the hotel Geno attempted at.
The issue with this is that would mean that Geno couldn’t have fallen four stories because hotel windows often seal or double enforce their windows because of liability issues. Even if we did adhere to the possibility that Geno broke the window, that’d be impossible because of the strict building standards. (citation 2)
But even if Geno somehow jumped out, the story contradicts itself. Shackles claims that geno landed on grass. However, this is extremely improbable due to the angle the photo was taken.
Secondly, Shackles claims to have called the police. Since this all occurred in Florida, they log the dispatch (that is whether or not officers were sent to the scene) Furthermore, according to Florida’s sunshine logs all of this would be considered public information. Meaning that anyone can legally request it, and the officials are obligated to provide the information.
However, when we tried verifying whether or not any dispatch logs were sent there. Nonetheless, both departments (police & firefighter) claimed that they had no dispatch logs for that address or date. Which directly contradicts the claim that Shackles called the police. Sorry for the shitty quality, we had to censor our voice

TRANSCRIPT: (0:00) I just want a confirmation that this incident did happen on January 5th, 2026. (0:07) Alright, hold on one moment and I'll see if I can confirm an incident at that location, okay? (0:12) Okay. (0:15) So, at 1301 Belvedere Road? (1:56) Yeah.
(1:57) The last call for service I have there from fire rescue was on November 26th. (2:06) I don't have anything since then, so. (2:11) So, to verify, there has been no dispatch on January 5th for that hotel? (2:17) I'm not showing any fire rescue dispatches for January 5th.
(2:22) There could be a police dispatch. You'd have to contact West Palm Beach Police Department for that. (2:27) The other thing you could do is you could put in a public records request through the city of West Palm Beach website (2:34) and they could look for it that way too, but from the fire side, I don't have any dispatches to 1301 Belvedere at the Delta Hotel.
(2:43) Last one was November 26th was the last time we were dispatched there for a call for service. (2:48) Okay, thank you so much. (2:51) Yeah, the type of injury you're describing, I would think the fire department probably would have been dispatched to.
(2:56) Okay. (2:57) So, alright, maybe your location, but the date, even if it was a date different than the 5th, the way I did the search, (3:05) I searched the last 12 months and the last time we were there was November 26th. (3:10) Okay, thank you.
(3:11) You're welcome. Bye. (3:12) Bye.

Conclusion
In conclusion, the evidence suggests that Geno’s suicide attempt may have been allegedly fabricated. Inconsistencies like his active social media use (while in the ICU) or impossibilities (such as landing on the grass) and the complete absence of emergency dispatch records for the date and address provided..
