This contest is open to all registered pixiv users who have read and agreed to these Application Guidelines.
*Underage contestants should obtain the consent of a guardian before entering.
*Entries from companies and multiple creators will not be accepted.
○ Selection Process
Entries will go through a rigorous judging process before winners are decided.
○ How to Participate
Draw illustrations according to each category's theme, tag them appropriately, and post them to pixiv.

○ Contest Terms
Please read all the following points and make sure you agree to them before submitting your entry.
If you submit your work using the method specified in "How to Participate," it will be deemed that you have agreed to the application guidelines.
(1) Any entries (including nicknames) that fall under any of the conditions outlined below will be considered ineligible for the contest. Furthermore, if a work is found to fall under any of the conditions outlined below after the contest has ended, it may be disqualified.
・Works that infringe on the ownership rights, intellectual property rights including copyright, or rights to honor, reputation, privacy, etc. of the Event Office, pixiv Inc., other pixiv users, or other third parties.
・Works that contain obscenity, cruelty, discrimination, or that otherwise offend third parties.
・Works that violate public order and morals.
・Works that the Event Office deems inappropriate for publication.
・Works that have already been commercialized, are scheduled to be commercialized, have been submitted to other contests, etc., or have won other contests, etc.
・Works that omit or contain errors in the required information.
・Anything that the Event Office deems inappropriate.
(2) The copyright of the entry (limited to the original elements newly created by the participant, and excluding the copyright of any pre-existing works) belongs to the participant who submitted the entry. However, for entries selected as winning works in the contest, the copyright will be transferred to and owned by the original copyright holder of Evangelion. In addition, for winning entries, the participant grants the Event Office a non-exclusive, royalty-free license (including the right to sublicense) to use the work in any form, including but not limited to exhibitions and inclusion in art books.
(3) The winners shall not exercise their moral rights against the Event Office or any third parties designated by the Event Office.
(4) Contestants will not be informed when the selection results are announced. However, the winners will be announced on pixiv's and the Event Office's official websites and media. Winners may have their entries, pixiv nicknames, and other related items to the contest posted to pixiv’s official X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and other sites or social media accounts managed by pixiv or the Event Office.
(5) Contestants, regardless if they win or not, may have their entries, comments on their entries, pixiv nicknames, and other related items to the contest posted to pixiv’s official X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and other social media accounts managed by pixiv or the Event Office, displayed at exhibitions, and other magazines or books. pixiv may adapt or minorly edit the work.
(6) If a submitted work has been deleted, it will no longer be eligible for selection.
(7) The Event Office will not bear any costs incurred in submitting a work.
(8) The Event Office will use all information provided during entry submission solely for the purposes of operating the contest and contacting entrants regarding the selection process. For shipping of prizes, necessary information may be shared with Animate International Co., Ltd., the publisher of the art book "Evangelion × pixiv illust collection 2" (tentative title). (9) Winners may be contacted separately regarding the selection and the procedure to receive their prizes. If winners do not respond within a certain period of time after pixiv contacts them, they may not be able to receive prizes.
○ Disclaimers
(1) Contestants assume responsibility for their own submissions.
(2) The Event Office will not be responsible for any disputes that may happen between the contestants and other individuals, regardless of the reason.
(3) The Event Office and pixiv Inc. reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Contest if they deem it necessary for any reason, including system maintenance.
(4) The Event Office will not be liable for any damages incurred by the contestants, including but not limited to contest interruption, suspension, or cancellation.
(5) Determined by the true terms and conditions including the disclaimers, the Event Office will not be responsible for any direct damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence caused during the contest period, regardless of immunity.

○ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Contest and its terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Furthermore, the Tokyo District Court shall be the mutually-agreed court for any proceedings, with jurisdiction for the preliminary trial in the case of any disputes over contest terms or matters between the Event Office and the contestants.
