See publicationThis study explores workplace challenges, coping mechanisms, and job satisfaction among LGBTQIA+ individuals through interviews with 32 participants, identifying six major themes related to their experiences and coping strategies. The findings highlight unique stressors faced by sexual minorities and nonnormative genders, emphasizing the need for targeted interventions to enhance workplace inclusivity and support.
