If you want to apply for cafeteria points, the shipment must arrive at least 3 days before the application deadline at the end of the fiscal year. It takes about 3 days to ship the product after the payment is received, so if you apply for cafeteria points at the end of the fiscal year, please allow plenty of time before purchasing the product. In addition, if payment cannot be confirmed within 2 weeks from the product order, it will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation Policy

■About cancellations and changes
We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for the member's convenience after payment has been completed.
■Returns, exchanges, and re-delivery
All products delivered undergo the utmost quality control and inspection, but if any of the following conditions apply, please contact our customer center within 9 days of receiving the product and we will replace it.
- If the damage is clearly caused during delivery
・If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered
If there is a product defect
*We cannot accept exchanges if 10 days have passed since the product arrived.
*Depending on the product's stock status, we may not be able to exchange it for the product you want.
*If a product defect is suspected, it will be inspected by the manufacturer before being replaced, which may take some time.
*Please be sure to return all accessories and enclosed materials (instructions, warranty cards, packaging, etc.) together. If any enclosed materials are missing, we may not be able to accept your return or exchange.
In addition, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases, even if you contact us within 9 days.
