Everything about 'Crazy in Love' and 'Upgrade U' screams Amerie '1 Thing.' Soon as OP said her style got stolen I knew who she was talking about

Crazy in love was actually released before 1 Thing. However, Amerie was signed to Rich Harrison's label at the time and he wrote and produced her whole first album. He basically gave away Amerie's track.

Rich Harrison also did Suga Mama and freakum dress for Bey. Some of his other stuff is Get Right by J.Lo and Take this Ring by Toni Braxton. They all have a similar sound. Go listen to them back to back lol

1 thing, Crazy in Love, and Freakum Dress sound similar. His music all sound the same because he uses the same gogo inspired type beats. Not all of his stuff sounds like that tho.

Rich Harrison started that fail Rich Girl group too.

It's really silly to go back and fourth over who stole whose style first. I already mentioned Amerie was signed to Rich Label and he wrote/produce her whole first album. Amerie, Beyoncé, and J.Lo songs all sound the same because they're by the same producer! They're Washington D.C. Gogo inspired beats. Do I need to post some gogo tracks up in here? Amerie and Rich are both from DC.

It's like asking why all the people DJ Mustard works with beats sound the same? Why do they all sound like YG records? That is just his signature style beat.

It is a stan war to me when you start bickering about who stole whos sound. Never said I believed all of her tea. If you believe it thank or sip, if you dont spit and groan, and move on. That can be discussed in the beyonce or music forum or wherever else. I felt the same way about the lupita argument but they merged the thread for whatever reason.

Not much of a bother anymore because I just put them all on ignore. I dont care what stanbase it is its annoying in tea threads.

I don't know what the fµck you groaned me for. I didn't know a dumb ass argument was going on or I wouldn't even have posted. I played instruments and am learning to DJ so I can tell when stuff is similar. Jesus.
