Shonda - She is not exactly supportive of other black females in the industry. Rather its actresses or directors, etc... She is very jealous of Kerry and writes her character in a 'birdish' way intentionally. I'm proud of her success but I can't rock with her and her hatred for other black females in the film industry. She takes her insecurities out on other women.

oh..that? Well, Kerry doesn't seem to have a problem with it so why should anyone else. Bish was all smiles in Shonda's house when Shonda threw her a baby shower. She continues to show up to the set. If she had an issue with it she would have left like Katherine. Kerry knew when she read the script that she was going to heaux for a married white man so it's not like Shonda threw something out of left field during the middle of shooting.

There was a thread within the last two years about him (I'm leaning closer to 1), you should search. Basically he's another case of "too normal for this ish." He wasn't into the pressure of being a sëx symbol and his music was overshadowed by it, he did definitely dabble in the drugs (problem), had some mental issues with the industry and liked normal women. In short, he always stayed in touch with himself, but wasn't really cut for the industry.
