I will say, I find it hard to believe there isn't a little genuine love or at least like for her on his part. Unless he was really that fooled and duped by the Kardashian "smoke and mirrors". I heard and read in old tea threads he has been eyeing Kim forever and a damn day. Since 2007 at least (knew her and was creeping with her even when he was with Alexis).
