Yes, I’ve had homemade hash oil cookies that were like strong lsd visuals, in terms of their movement. And a telepathy that was undeniable, it was like we were connected through the floor, very intense.
My nerves felt like they were being modulated by aliens, vocal chords were alien in their creation of sound. Super intense, threw up in a violent way but was relieving. Gravity was rotating, and I was very thankful I didn’t die, because I thought I couldn’t survive the depth at which my nervous system was being affected. Good experience overall, but too intense at the time. Visuals were like a combo between; Indian sand art, and rainbow static filled paisley. Crazy night, the lateness in the night probably was what made it problematic. I didn’t have the energy. -------------------- All posts are for research purposes only. Feeling off? Cannabis is also technically psychedelic IMO.
And edibles give me visuals on par with some lysergamides. Although depends on the strain, some will knock me out, others will be psychedelic. --------------------

I had an "oops" experience dosing with a couple of questionably-potent cookies from a friend last year and (according to the friend) consumed over 200mg of THC (I assume it was going to be maybe 100mg, max. He said 1/2 cookie would be more than enough, but I'd turned off my ears for that comment). I had no idea how high one could get off THC until that point. I wouldn't have believed someone saying that they could experience visuals from THC prior to this. Not only was I getting very weird visual effects (mild color distortions, "lines"/patterns?CEVs), but I was having bizarre audio- hallucinations as well. My internal dialogue was hard to control, which made thing even weirder. The whole thing made me re-think the parameters of cannabis. I'd love to make a concerted effort at meditating at a similar dose. I could see high-dose-edibles being a great facilitator. The body load was massive, though.

200mg? That's a moderate dose for me. I get wicked high but my tolerance is also really high. But I did chug about 500mg and another time a whole gram. Both times I saw this fractal circle like a dream catcher. I have seen it on psilocybin but on thc it's always a bit out of focus and it seems to be made of electricity. Very wavy, jagged. While on psilocybin it's very clear, moving but smooth. I actually have a bottle of tincture that has 888mgs.
Oh the 1g experience, let's say I had planned out some activities but I ended face down on my bed for like 5hrs.

1g?! Respect. I admittedly have a low tolerance for THC (especially for someone that smokes every day). I think if I did 1g of THC in a single dose I'd eat the handle off the fridge and sleep for 24hrs. Jesus Murphy I'm such an old person...

Lol omg. I know the hunger was not fun by midnight. I was so bloated.
I felt like it was a waste. I dont remember too much. Lol I do not recommend it. But it can be very psychedelic but it has its unique flavor.

I definitely get it from a dropper of THC oil (the government approved made for internal use strong stuff available at the legal dispensaries)
Usually I notice it after 90 minutes or 120 minutes into the session, when I sit down on a toilet and pee. The world becomes covered with gently dancing and resolving multicolored Persian carpet geometries, or abstracted faces, or Mexican patterns. Not quite as neon as lsd wallpaper images that cover the ceiling, but they cover whatever I look at which is extremely psychedelic. This also happens after 2 tokes for me of strong Ontario government approved weed. --------------------  _

Yes, Cannabis is probably one of the most beautiful psychedelics out there. (Not THC alone, THC alone messes you up worse than a narcissistic lover.)
I had this funny eureka moment when extremely high and experiencing vivid, colorful open eye visuals, that not all of '70s psychedelic art is referencing LSD or mushrooms, a bunch of it is clearly an homage to weed as a psychedelic. It just has this really characteristic feel and glow to it that's completely unlike tryptamines... -------------------- Do you believe in the Third Summer of Love?

For me weed visuals have always been cartoonish and seemed like more of a “byproduct” of the experience rather a feature. I’ve definitely gotten visuals from weed though, especially edibles or dabs.

I accidentally dosed some family with zero-tolerance (brownies). They didn't taste or suspect a thing, and neither did I lol. An hour later they're sitting on the floor unable to walk. They were describing all kinds of visuals and psychedelic effects that are muted to me with high tolerance. Uncle said he could see the words projecting out of my mouth like word art. Room swaying and tracers. They had to be drove home lol. I gave them a framed photo of them cuddled on the bathroom floor cheesin'.
But even with my tolerance, I can get to a half-woke, half-sleep state where I'm damn near lucid dreaming.

I remember hearing in a painting class I took years ago that THC temporarily activates more red cones in your eyes. I've never had auditory hallucinations on edibles save for once in a very long while there will be a high pitch tuning fork like sound. Otherwise, I have experienced the classic rainbow static snowstorm on edibles, which is somewhat similar to the visuals I've had on psilocybin, but it doesn't compare to the moving patterns that I've had while tripping on shrooms.

Occasionally if I do too much weed, it definitely goes in a very psychedelic direction, and not very pleasantly either, but for me I always assumed it was more like triggering flashbacks.
I greened out a couple of times, and saw some really wild stuff while gone. Like photorealistic replays of early childhood memories, but silent, like watching a TV with mute on. Very strange.

From what I have heard when you eat pot the liver breaks it down then goes to the blood unlike smoking which goes straight to the blood stream.
Well in the liver it converts some of the stuff to a different chemical that has a more psychedelic effect then wees normal does when smoked. --------------------
