WELCOME TO IWARA CORP

In the heart of Iwara City stands a tower that defies easy description.

From the outside, Iwara Corp Headquarters is impressive but not impossible—a
sleek modern structure rising above the surrounding entertainment district,
its glass facades reflecting the neon glow of the city below. Step inside,
however, and the building reveals its true nature.

Floors stretch further than exterior measurements suggest. Corridors branch
into corridors, studios open onto studios, and no employee has ever
definitively mapped the entire structure. There always seems to be another
corner to turn, another door that wasn’t there yesterday, another studio
waiting to be discovered.

And yet, somehow, everyone always finds exactly where they need to be.

Mysterious? Certainly. But in Iwara City, mystery is just another form of
hospitality.

WHAT WE DO

Iwara Corp is the premier entertainment production company in Iwara City.

Our primary business is providing studio space to content creators—individuals,
small production teams, and established corporations alike. Within our walls,
artists bring their visions to life, from intimate independent projects to
elaborate professional productions.

Most of our studios specialize in adult entertainment, reflecting the nature
of Iwara City itself. However, we also host creators working in other genres.
All are welcome, provided they respect our standards and the laws of the city.

Beyond studio rental, Iwara Corp operates the city’s largest broadcasting
network. Content produced in our studios streams directly to audiences
throughout Iwara City and beyond, reaching viewers through our dedicated
channels and distribution partnerships.

We are not merely landlords or broadcasters. We are the infrastructure that
makes Iwara City’s creative economy possible.

OUR HEADQUARTERS

The Iwara Corp building is the tallest structure in the city and its most
recognizable landmark.

The Studios
Spread across dozens of floors, our studios range from compact personal
spaces to elaborate multi-room production facilities. Each is equipped
with professional-grade equipment and can be customized to meet specific
creative needs. Premium studios offer enhanced features, priority support,
and exclusive amenities.

No matter how many studios are currently occupied, there always seem to be
more available. The building provides.

The Broadcasting Station
Attached to the main tower, our broadcasting facility handles the technical
work of bringing content to audiences. Live streams, recorded productions,
special events—everything flows through our systems to reach viewers across
the city.

The Corporate Offices
The upper floors house our administrative operations, executive offices,
and the teams that keep everything running smoothly. This is where decisions
are made, problems are solved, and the future of Iwara Corp is shaped.

The Penthouse
At the very top of the tower, above even the executive floors, sits the
private residence of Mr. Iwara himself. Few are invited. Many speculate
about what lies beyond those doors.

OUR PEOPLE

Our team includes every role you might find at any major corporation:
security personnel, maintenance staff, human resources, legal, finance,
technical support, creative consultants, and dozens of specialized
positions unique to our industry.

But beyond the ordinary operations, Iwara Corp is defined by a core group
of individuals whose influence extends far beyond their official titles.
These are the faces of the company—the people whose names are known
throughout the city, whose actions shape what Iwara Corp is and what it
will become.

They are featured below. We encourage you to get to
know them.

HOW WE OPERATE

Iwara Corp is entirely self-sustaining.

We have no outside investors, no corporate parents, no external stakeholders
demanding quarterly returns. Our revenue mostly comes from two primary sources:
Premium studio rentals and carefully selected advertising partnerships.

This independence is intentional. It means our decisions are made here, by
us, for the benefit of our creators and our city. We answer to no one but
ourselves and the community we serve.

It also means we can take the long view. We’re not chasing short-term
profits at the expense of our people or our principles. Iwara Corp was
built to last, and we operate accordingly.

OUR ROLE IN IWARA CITY

Iwara City exists because of adult entertainment. That’s simply the truth
of our home—it was founded on this industry, grew because of it, and
continues to thrive through it.

But “adult entertainment capital” doesn’t mean “lawless pleasure den.”

Iwara City has rules. Strict ones. Every visitor and citizen is expected
to follow the laws that keep our community safe and functional. Consent is
paramount. Exploitation is forbidden. The vulnerable are protected. What
happens between willing adults is their business; harm to the unwilling is
everyone’s business.

Iwara Corp upholds these standards absolutely. Creators who violate our
policies find their studios revoked. Individuals who threaten our people
find themselves facing consequences. We take our responsibility seriously
because our reputation—and the city’s—depends on it.

People come to Iwara City to enjoy themselves. They stay because they
feel safe doing so.

That’s not an accident. That’s the result of constant effort, careful
management, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.

Iwara Corp is proud to be part of that effort.

FOR VISITORS AND NEW RESIDENTS

If you’re new to Iwara City, welcome.

Visitors—those who haven’t yet registered as citizens—have access to much
of what the city offers. You can explore, observe, and sample the
entertainment that makes our home famous.

But full citizenship unlocks everything. Registered residents gain access
to exclusive venues, enhanced services, and the ability to participate
fully in city life. The process is simple and handled through the city’s
Embassy district.

We encourage you to consider making Iwara City your home. The more engaged
our community, the better it becomes for everyone.

THE FUTURE

Iwara Corp continues to grow.

New studios open regularly. New talent joins our roster. New technologies
expand what’s possible within our walls. The building itself seems to
grow alongside us, always providing exactly the space we need.

We have plans—some we can share, others still taking shape. New initiatives,
new partnerships, new ways to serve our creators and audiences. The details
will emerge in time.

For now, know this: Iwara Corp is committed to remaining the heart of
Iwara City’s creative economy. Whatever the future holds, we’ll face it
together with our people, our principles, and our purpose intact.

Welcome to Iwara Corp.

We’re glad you’re here.

LEADERSHIP

Mr. Iwara — Chief Executive Officer
The head of Iwara Corp and the highest authority in Iwara City. Mr. Iwara
inherited the company at a young age following the unexpected death of his
parents. In the years since, he has guided Iwara Corp to unprecedented
success while earning a reputation for fairness, integrity, and genuine
care for his employees.

He is rarely seen outside the headquarters building, preferring to focus
his energy on the company and the people within it. Those who work closely
with him describe a man of quiet intensity—demanding but supportive,
reserved but deeply invested in those he trusts.

Yuko Fushidara — Executive Secretary
The gatekeeper to Mr. Iwara’s office and the operational backbone of
executive leadership. Mrs. Fushidara has served Iwara Corp for many years, predating even Mr. Iwara’s tenure as CEO. Her institutional knowledge
is unmatched, her organizational skills legendary, and her authority over
daily operations absolute.

Employees joke that nothing happens on the executive floor without her
knowledge. They’re probably right.

Additional leadership and key personnel profiles are available on our
team pages.

CONTACT AND INQUIRIES

Studio rental inquiries, partnership proposals, press requests, and general
questions can be directed through official channels.

For security concerns or urgent matters, Iwara Corp maintains dedicated
response teams available around the clock.

MEET THE CAST

Main Characters

Mr. Iwara — “Boss”
Chief Executive Officer

The man at the top. Mr. Iwara inherited Iwara Corp under tragic circumstances
and has spent the years since proving himself worthy of the responsibility.
Stoic, disciplined, and fiercely protective of his employees, he commands
respect through competence rather than intimidation. Those fortunate enough
to earn his trust find a leader who genuinely cares about their wellbeing.

When he’s not working—which is rare—he can be found in the penthouse he
calls home, likely still thinking about work.

Mikoto Futaba
Broadcast Host

One half of Iwara Corp’s most popular broadcast duo. Mikoto brings warmth,
energy, and an unfortunate talent for accidents to her role as co-host of
the company’s rerun programming. Her genuine personality has earned her a
devoted following, even—or especially—when things go hilariously wrong
on camera.

Hime Futaba
Broadcast Host / Content Manager

Mikoto’s twin sister and the steady hand that keeps their broadcast running
smoothly. Where Mikoto creates moments, Hime captures and shares them—
managing the documentation of their show and building an audience across
multiple platforms. Calm, observant, and always prepared, she’s the perfect
complement to her sister’s chaos.

The twins are a package deal. Always have been.

Stella
Chief Executive Sales Team Lead

The face of Iwara Corp’s client acquisitions, and quite a face it is. Stella
brings glamour, confidence, and undeniable charm to her role securing new
clients for the company’s premium studio services. Her sales performance was
so exceptional that her current position was created specifically for her
achievements.

Approach with appropriate caution. Her attention is flattering. Her
interest is… complicated.

Reina Rechner
Accounting Department Lead

Despite her youth, Reina’s extraordinary talent with numbers earned her
leadership of Iwara Corp’s accounting department. She handles the financial
calculations that keep the company running smoothly—budgets, projections,
and analysis delivered with remarkable precision.

Professional, precise, and valuable in every sense of the word.

Supporting Characters

Naja Iwara
University Student / Family

Mr. Iwara’s younger sister and the only family he has left. Naja splits her
time between Iwara University, where she studies business in preparation for
eventually joining the company, and the penthouse, where she escapes the
pressures of academic life.

She’s warm, determined, and perhaps a bit sheltered by her brother’s
protective nature. Those who earn her friendship find a loyal ally.

Azra Yara
Personal Attendant

Mr. Iwara’s live-in maid and the quiet constant of penthouse life. Azra
handles the domestic management that allows the CEO to focus on his work,
anticipating needs before they’re expressed and maintaining order with
effortless grace.

She rarely speaks more than necessary, but her presence is calming. In
the high-pressure world of Iwara Corp’s executive level, that’s no small
thing.

Yuko Fushidara
Executive Secretary

The power behind the throne, or at least the power controlling access to it.
Mrs. Fushidara has been with Iwara Corp longer than almost anyone, and her
influence extends far beyond scheduling meetings. Mature, imposing, and
impossibly organized, she manages the executive floor with an iron will
wrapped in professional courtesy.

Cross her at your peril. Earn her approval, and doors will open.

Aiko Fushidara
Frequent Visitor

Yuko’s eldest daughter and a familiar face around headquarters. Aiko has
declared her intention to one day work alongside Mr. Iwara in an official
capacity, and in the meantime makes herself useful wherever possible. Sweet,
determined, and perhaps a bit too eager, she’s become an unofficial fixture
of the office despite holding no formal position.

Her dedication is obvious. Her patience for anyone she perceives as a rival
is considerably less so.

Kiyoko Fushidara
Frequent Visitor

The younger Fushidara daughter, and a rather different presence than her
sister. Where Aiko is earnest, Kiyoko is mischievous. Where Aiko helps,
Kiyoko… complicates. She appears at headquarters when it suits her,
usually leaving minor chaos in her wake.

Most employees have learned to watch their belongings when she’s around.
Some have learned to watch their secrets.

Nova Quill
Freelance Writer

The newest addition to Iwara Corp’s creative roster, Nova won her contract
through the company’s writing contest. She creates content for Iwara Corp’s
publishing venture, specializing in erotica and fantasy novels. Her talent
for capturing authentic human drama is matched only by her enthusiasm for
“research”—she can often be found observing her colleagues with notebook
in hand, asking questions others might find… intrusive.

Always wearing her signature kemonomimi ear headband and an oversized
cardigan, Nova brings creative energy and an earnest curiosity that some
find endearing and others find slightly unnerving. It’s all for the story.

MORE TO COME?

Iwara Corp continues to grow, and so does our team. New faces will join
these pages as they make their mark on our company and our city.

这么重要的事情难道没有提前告知,就这么突然停了?这种事情难道不是违反合同的吗?如果是突然的、单方面的停止服务,应该可以起诉吧。
