Folded, portable phone stand, print in place. - The Hinge are too small, i expect that with this thickness, if your flow ratio isnt calibrated super properly, it might snap the hinge when you try to loose the moveable part - 3d model
Folded, portable phone stand, print in place. - good concept but... sadly the hinge is too weak, little bit wrong movement and goodbye, I'm intended as a custom gift to my friend, but I can't give too fragile things

idk if make the hinge bigger / stronger is possible or not with this thin object, it seems you already maximize overhang for the hinge, yet nothing can be done with thickness of only 2 credit card, need to be creative to finding workaround to replace this tiny hinge - 3d model

additional information from the last post, i've adjusted my flow ratio from 0.98 to 0.96 which is quite extreme (i guess?) and it still need to be careful when release the part, it is easier and useable, but as mentioned, 1 wrong movement to the unintended direction and goodbye...

GOOD NEWS! it works now! dont be stupid like me, i used draft layer height, thats why i failed, and tune your flow ratio if it stucks together, and preferably, use stable filament like black/white color for testing, because some color might have different flow ratio

Awesome to hear that! thank you. :)

Please keep me updated!

might be nice if you can provide screenshot or your 3mf from your slicer, or could you provide info of what printer / filament do you use is your slicer setting default or do you play with XY compensation, flow ratio, seams setting (Arachne/classic) etc.

elleSTVDIO

Hi Alex, as suggested I would calibrate my filament first. If that won't work try to scale down the model size by -1% if your tolerances happen to be loose. Please inform me if you managed to solve the problem.

hey, the hinges broke really fast. maybe I am not setting things right. I used the setting as mentioned in the pdf but they broke on the first try
