  • The transition from "Rakuten UN-LIMIT VII" to "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" is not eligible for this campaign.
  • Points will not be awarded for applications made before the entry.

What is the plan start date?

- For new applications ※
(1) The date on which the delivery completion data is notified to us.
(2) The date on which "Rakuten Mobile" service begins with the plan (SIM card or eSIM).

-If MNP transfer from other mobile carriers
The date on which Rakuten Mobile began offering the plan (SIM card, eSIM)

-If you change (transfer) your price plan from Rakuten Mobile (docomo/au network)
The date on which Rakuten Mobile service began for the plan (SIM card, eSIM)

【4】Shopping at eligible stores and earning more than 1 Point, including purchases made with Rakuten Points by showing your Rakuten Point Card.

This campaign applies to purchases that earn at least 1 Point, including purchases made with Rakuten Point. Please check the page of each store that is eligible for the campaign to see the purchase amount that will earn you Point.

【5】Register your Rakuten Point Card by the campaign end date.

Some stores, products, services, payment methods, and application methods are not eligible for Points.

  • The order of contracting Rakuten Mobile services, entering the campaign, shopping while presenting a Rakuten Point card, and registering for use does not matter.
  • Even if you cancel and re-subscribe during the campaign period, you will still be eligible as long as you have a contract in place by 23:59 on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
  • This offer applies when your Rakuten Point Card, entry, and Rakuten ID for Rakuten Mobile are all the same.
Campaign rewards (Rakuten Points)

■ Campaign Benefits

During the campaign period, Rakuten Mobile subscribers who enter the campaign and present their Rakuten Point Card at the applicable stores will receive 10 times the normal amount of Rakuten Points for their purchases.

  • Rakuten Points are awarded by Rakuten Mobile.
  • Rights cannot be transferred.

■ Point validity period

6 months including the Point awarding date

  • Time-limited points
  • Points used before the expiration date will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation or amount adjustment after the expiration date.

The campaign benefits will not apply if any of the following conditions are met:

  • If payment for our services is not made by the due date, resulting in arrears or unpaid amounts.
  • If the application is canceled due to deficiencies in identity verification of the contract holder/user or deficiencies in MNP procedures, etc.
  • If you have not started using the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan "

  • If you cancel your Rakuten membership before the Points are awarded
  • If you violate the terms and conditions set by us or Rakuten Group, Inc.
  • If we reasonably determine that the applicant is not eligible for membership for any other reason.
