By accessing or using The Grotto ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. 2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must connect a compatible Web3 wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any activity that occurs through your connected wallet. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases and cannot recover your wallet if lost.
3. User Content & Submissions
When you upload games, assets, or other content to the Platform, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share such content.
4. Marketplace & Transactions
All transactions on the Platform are conducted through smart contracts on the blockchain. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed. We are not responsible for any losses due to user error, wallet issues, or blockchain network failures. All prices are displayed in the specified cryptocurrency and may fluctuate in value.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices; attempt to manipulate platform mechanics or exploit bugs; upload malicious software or code; harass other users; or use the Platform for any illegal purposes. Violation may result in account termination.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, security, or accuracy of the Platform. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits. These terms shall be governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
