少しずつ回復はしました。
怪我した当時は小指と薬指がまっすぐにならなかったけど、今は見た目では分からないくらいになったし、触覚もあります。骨というより神経を損傷しました😅
ジムで限界の重さにチャレンジしたらやらかしたので、気をつけてください。
