This criterium is chosen, so that the hosts are instantly available by clicking on their addresses. Of course, there are 'EASY' archive hosts as well. These are found in another post.
What makes these instant hosts 'EASY' to use, is at least the following:

❶▶ No upload tools needed means not having so search for them, and not having to use extra browser tabs for any tool, which always open yet another tab when uploading.
❷▶ Usually, 'EASY' hosts need less explanation, both in terms of uploading to them, as downloading from them.
