I use LightX so previews are not really necessary (plus think they are disabled when using it) since it only takes like 150 seconds for 1080p resolutions.

That seems like the final fps calculation for the video combine node is just somehow fucked, especially when looking at the length of the output. I use the same workflow, but don't use it to interpolate, because I'm usually unhappy with about 80% of what has been generated and don't feel like I should waste time on interpolating it. I use RIFE in a separate workflow however with a 2x multiplier and save the video at 32 fps afterwards. Example attached, that doesn't seem all that frenetic to me.

Thanks, but that's exactly what I used. I fucked up by letting her do the handjob gesture in the txt2img. WAN refused to turn her hand in the proper orientation and made her do whatever she does in that gen.

Can't be bothered to do the txt2img again for now. Z-Image was no help with the pose, and getting something halfway correct from the Illustrous checkpoint was really tough. Might try to force a hand detailer to turn her left hand into a fist later.

I gen on 2 PC's one has a 2070 8gb card, the other is a 5060ti 16gb. Really the only difference is the extra VRAM allows longer video gens (but even then you run into the problem of the model itself not sticking to the prompt and you also get continuity errors) and of course speed. And as long as you are not going to do any other heavy GPU intensive or memory tasks on the PC you can do other things whilst it is genning - so basically just have it running in the background and you can always gen say at night when you are asleep after queuing up the gens. Ram is also needed so a minimum of 32gb and more is better. Then it is down to what you use, either comfy as a lot of anons use or say Pinokio which is by far the easiest to install and use as it pretty much installs everything including python (as miniconda) and it is a Gradio type UI similar to Automatic1111 in nature. Alll you really have to do then is download the Loras from civitai and put them in the relevant folders. IF you decide to use comfy it is a steeper learning curve but the advantage is it is more flexible. You can of course install comfy via Pinokio as well s at least the initial installation of comfy is very easy. Of course both can be installed either on windoze or linux.

Once you get it running you can start to fiddle with model sizes to see what works. The SmoothMix model is like 20gb each for hi/low but still runs fine with like 5 1gb loras on 32gb vram using lightx (and takes about same amount of time as smaller sized models). Think the only time I ever got an OOM was trying to do 121 frames at some crazy resolution like 1920x1080.
