How much have we spent on this Afghan War so far?

What I am wondering, in the midst of the so called "Fiscal Cliff" and Republicans calling for cutting "entitlements" which means cutting health care for Americans, why are neither Republicans, Democrats or the US Media calling for cutting the spending on the Afghan War?

How much we spend on Afghan War is at about $200-Billion per year. Which fact is really another proof that Republicans and Democrats all of a sudden concern about Deficits, we need to cu spending, just another Con Job on US. For they instantly approve $200-Bill per Year for the totally unnecessary Afghan War, a War that has been going on for more than TEN Years, they instantly approv FREE Military protection provided by us the American Tax Payers for the Rich countries of Germany, Japan, Israel,, UK, etc. at the cost of 100s of Billions of Dollars per year to US.
