Visual Basic 6.0 I guess it is. The list of cozy IDEs in this era is not very long. Probably I would torrent and pirate a few old games also for fun. If I could have a few days to prep I'd probably throw together some ragtag Win32 text editor IDE.

1 million for this challenge is an absolute bargain. I suffer for one month without modern vidya or doomscrolling, and I get paid enough money to not have to work for another 10 years after being fired from my job for not being able to use a computer.
