At this age it's very unlikely that you'll come across CSAM, since the implementation of the MPA system and integrity bans basically killed off 'P spam. Although it is possible for 'P to slip through the cracks, it is very rare and if a problem like this ever occurs, it is usually dealt with very swiftly.
