If you want an actual definition its revolutionary ultranationalism. Fascism is a reaction to crisis by creating a strong and all encompassing government to control businesses AND the workers in an economic style called corporatism which is basically just when the employees have stakes in state controlled companies that serve the state instead of themselves. Fascism attempts to rescue the country from unstable democracy while also focusing on the national character by separating itself from socialism, this is the reason why its called "third position" as it as seen as a middle ground between capitalism and communism.

tbh doe it kinda is rulecucked by definition. Fascism is anti-liberal so they don't pretend to care about farcical concepts such as "Muh heckin human rights" like that democracies do. Also fascism is a response to a crisis so usually most new fascist regimes will enter a period of martial law to dispel the crisis. The final reason is that the state is seen as the protector of the people so obviously a large and powerful state means rulecuckery to keep it alive.

The third position is a pretty good place to start. Leftists will say it's internalized imperialism or revolutionary reactionism, or some other nonsense. Some will say it's like socialism but with nationalism. Just read Gentile and Mussolini if you want an actual answer.

I'm not entirely sure 'teen, I guessing your a zoomer like me so I wouldn't recommend going all in on an ideology yet until you've read more theory. I have been reading some Marx lately and I've enjoyed his analysis and I've found myself agreeing with some of his concepts. Even if you hate Marx you can't deny that his material analysis is kino, its the reason as to why oldfag marxists have the best understanding of fascism as they can define through material means alone instead of how retarded liberals and newfag marxists do (also because they are both anti-liberal populist movements so there is a mutual understanding). I haven't gone fully though with marxism doe due to the amount of trannies and liberals that have taken over the ideology it recent years, turning it into glorified social democracy, it feels kind of weird enjoying Marx and hating trannies at the same time because they get conflated with eachother these days.

If you want some recs you could look into illiberal democracies/hybrid regimes such as singapore, it gets described as fascist and while it does have similarities I wouldn't call it that, its also an example of a successful contemporary illiberal state (you could also say the same about jewpan but I don't know enough about them so I'm not sure). Theres also Salazar's estado-nova regime of Portugal, unlike mussolini he actually knew something about economics and under him the GDP growth was insane, he was also a tradionalist catholic. If you're interested in Marxism I'd recommend to mainly read from authors before 30s as thats when it started going to shit, theres also a modern economist called Paul Cockshot (geg) who has essays on his jewtube channel but he most importantly HATES TRANNIES AND FAGS which automatically makes him the most keyed modern marxist.
