With over 9 years experience as a yoga, practitioner, Sophia studied for her traditional Hatha Yoga certification under Master Yoganath Andiappan.

Teaching in Hong Kong and internationally over the last three years, her teaching style is very personable and her classes are inclusive to all. With a keen focus on mindfulness her classes will leave you feeling good inside and out.
