If you’ve just switched from Windows to a Mac, you might feel… betrayed.

“Macs are smooth.” “Macs just work.” “Once you go Mac, you never go back.”

And there you are, days in to it, staring at the screen thinking,

Why is this thing lagging?
Why is nothing closing properly?
And where the hell is the refresh button?
