Is this official subs or the fansubbed? Also, does it include subs for Chinese speaking parts. I heard the fansubber doesn't understand Chinese and just wrote "speaking in Chinese" for 23 lines throughout the movie.

This is the movie that South Korea submitted at the Oscars. Looking forward to seeing it.
