Our Promotional VPS are located within the UK
Hey I think this link is incorrect man. I went to check out LUX VPS and it redirects to https://clients.hyperhostsolutions.com/store/black-friday-2025 which is just a hodgepodge of plans and items (and no LUX and the only EU is webhosting).

LUX is available on our Web & Email hosting
VPS is currently only available in the UK

seems like you got a bit of a bee in your bonnet, we are complying with the rules these are yearly prices not monthly if these were monthly costs we would indeed be breaking the rules but this are yearly promotions
