HKURBEX explores Wan Chai’s Nam Koo Terrace mansion, one of the best known Grade 1 Historical Buildings in Hong Kong.

The mansion was used by the Japanese army to house “comfort women” – womens and girls forced into sexual slavery during Japan’s occupation in World War II.

A subsidiary of the Hopewell Group has applied to convert the mansion into a marriage registry in March this year.
