Visual creators and storytellers HKURBEX visits the former Fanling Magistracy, a Grade III Historic Building currently redeveloped as a youth centre.

“The former Fanling Magistracy was built in 1960 and is one of the few remaining neo-classic style buildings in Hong Kong. Once revered as the centre of all judicial power in the New Territories, the Magistracy has sat abandoned since 2002 after it moved to a new premises.”
