A 14-year-old girl from Sheung Shui has been missing for two months since February 10. Police issued a statement on Monday asking residents to come forward with information about the girl.

The girl, Wong Ka-yi, is 1.55 metres tall and weighs 45 kilograms. The police said that she was of thin build with “a pointed face with yellow complexion and long black hair.”

She was last seen when she left her home in Wah Ming Estate in Fanling on the morning of February 10. Her family made a missing persons report seven days later.

The police urge anybody who has information on or may have seen the girl to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of New Territories North through 3661 3128 or any police station. They can also email rmpu-ntn-1@police.gov.hk.

Another girl declared missing in October last year was found in March of this year after a similar call for help from the police in February.
