A 12-year-old boy has been arrested for his suspected involvement in two indecent assaults reported recently in Kwun Tong.

Police received a report from a 27-year-old woman on December 6 that she was assaulted by a boy when she passed by the Yau Lai Estate. On Saturday (January 2) a 16-year-old girl alerted the police after the same thing happened to her.

Following investigation by the police’s crime unit, a 12-year-old boy whose family name is Siu was arrested on Monday. The suspect has since been released on bail.
