Former Chief Secretary Henry Tang Ying-yen’s brother Tom Tang has been sued after a company he guarantees failed to pay a loan of about HK$25 million and HK$2 million interest.

Phase Entertainment Limited, for which Tang is a guarantor and director, has been taken to court by BlueChip International Holdings Limited over the debt and the accrued interest, reported Sing Tao Daily. Both the company and Tang were listed as defendants.
