Police arrested a 20-year-old man after a woman was found dead in a flat in Yau Ma Tei with multiple knife wounds to her chest early Wednesday morning. The victim, 45, was rushed to Kwong Wah Hospital, where she was declared dead, a police spokesperson told HKFP.

The suspect was apprehended in Kwun Tong, the spokesperson said. An RTHK report cited sources as saying the victim’s friends found her in the flat on Reclamation Street at around 3am and alerted police.
