    During my tenure at Goyello, my primary responsibilities encompassed:
    • Marketing and Communication, including employer branding.
    • Facilities Management, with a focus on operational excellence and prioritising the care of our clients and employees.

    Over the years, I led various teams, including design, facilities, marketing, and communications. We organized numerous events for clients and employees, and I managed three office relocations. The final relocation project was particularly noteworthy, as many regular employees were actively engaged from start to finish.

    I spearheaded numerous successful projects related to people, culture, and communication, such as:

    • MoveIT - a quarterly magazine for (potential) clients and employees, featuring knowledge-sharing, case study presentations, company culture insights, and more.
    • Feedback Project - A long-term initiative aimed at integrating feedback as a natural form of communication among team members.
    • Designing a New Office - Empowering employees by providing them with the necessary tools, responsibilities, and resources to actively participate in decision-making and co-create their new workspace.
