Why does the System hate National Socialism?
Arlington: National Socialist Liberation Front, [1969]. A two-sided flyer from the newly formed National Socialist Liberation Front, the student-activist arm of the National Socialist White People's Party founded in 1969 at a two-day party conference in Arlington, VA. The brainchild of William Pierce and Joseph Tommasi, the first iteration of the NSLF was short-lived due to Pierce’s exit from the party a year later. In 1973 Tomassi was ousted from the party and in March 1974 he convened a meeting in El Monte, CA, where he established the NSLF as a separate, militant National Socialist group committed to terrorism. Tommasi was killed by a rival National Socialist in 1975, aged 24.
The text regrets U.S. involvement in WWII and extols Adolf Hitler for pioneering a "third way" based on Racial Idealism. The NSLF is described as "tak[ing] up the struggle for the total replacement of the present decadent, hypocritical, liberal-democratic System with a viable new world order based on social justice and racial idealism." Also included is a cut away slip for requesting more information/becoming a member.
