if I were to guess the reason he hasn't uploaded episode 3 is because it's too short or whateverbeit and xe wants to combine 2 episodes for the next one too
the guy who was making the episodes kinda disappeared. I've been working on making an episode 4 but I'm not that good at editing so it probably won't be as good
