    Reporting Battle Rules

    Applies to both manual and screenshot reporting.

    1️⃣

    The winner must report the match result immediately after the game ends.
    Either manually or via screenshot — but right away.

    2️⃣

    The loser must confirm the report within 24 hours.

    3️⃣

    Use the same nickname in the game as you registered here!

    ✅ If you follow these two simple rules, the system will run smoothly.

    🌲 Rules of the CiF Mode (Clysich in Forest)

    CiF Mode – a combat-only mode without any building. All battles take place on the legendary Clysich in Forest map. Perfect for players who want pure tactical combat!

    ⚔️ Game Rules:

    • Map: Always played on Clysich in Forest
    • Army: Random army, identical for both players
    • Format: Best of 3 (first to 2 wins takes the match)
    • Building: No building allowed – pure combat only!

    📋 Match Flow:

    1. Both players agree to play a CiF match
    2. Play 3 rounds (or until one player wins 2 rounds)
    3. The player who wins 2 rounds first wins the match
    4. Winner reports the final result, loser confirms within 24 hours

    ✅ Report only the final match result (who won 2 rounds), not individual rounds!

    💡 Tip: This mode has its own separate ELO ranking – your CiF skills are tracked independently!

    Rules of the Vanilla Mode

    Vanilla Mode – the classic league mode. Standard maps. No CiW, no random, no stress. It's here for players who enjoy a relaxed experience and know their locations well!

    The rules for submitting reports work the same way as in CiW. You can either upload the battle result manually or via screenshot. If you upload a screenshot, you don't need to wait for opponent approval.

    📋 Match Rules:

    • Players A and B agree to play a match.
    • Player A with the higher ELO chooses the map.
    • Player B with the lower ELO chooses the location.
    • The winner must submit the match result and loser has to confirm it within 24 hours.

    💾 If you have any doubts about your opponent's fairness, keep the screenshot!

    OCR Nickname Recognition System

    The system reads your nickname from the report and matches it with the correct nickname registered on this website. It is essential that you use the same nickname in the game as you do here. Otherwise, the system will not recognize your report.

    ⚙️ Current Technology:

    Currently, report reading is powered by OpenAI Vision OCR, but it has issues with pixelated fonts and is not trained for this type of text, which results in errors.

    🚀 In the future, a more accurate system will be implemented.

    Confirming Battle Reports Rules

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Manual reports must be confirmed within 24h!

    • If a player fails to confirm, the report is auto-deleted after 24 hours and the player receives a global warning.
    • After 3 warnings, the player is banned for the season and gets a permanent shame medal.

    If you disagree with an opponent's report, ask them to delete it.

    Each player can delete their own pending report in: All Match History → Pending Battle → Remove

    Match Scheduling System (Battle/Team Planner)

    📅 A new feature for scheduling matches ahead of time

    This feature allows players to arrange battles for a specific day and time without waiting in the lobby. Thanks to the challenge and scheduling system, you can now coordinate matches with opponents as easily as planning a meeting in your calendar.

    🔥 New header buttons

    • Battle/Team PlannerBattle/Team Planner – manage all match challenges (sent, received, new).
    • Scheduled MatchesScheduled Matches – view all scheduled matches across the entire league.

    🛡️ How to create a challenge

    1. Click Battle/Team Planner Battle/Team Planner in the header.
    2. Select New Challenge.
    3. Choose your opponent.
    4. Select the game mode (CiW / Vanilla / CiF).
    5. Add one or more time slots (date + time range).
    6. Send the challenge using Send Challenge.

    Your opponent will receive a notification and can choose from the available times.

    ⚔️ How to respond to a challenge

    1. If you have a new challenge, a badge will appear next to Battle/Team Planner Battle/Team Planner.
    2. Open Battle/Team Planner → Received.
    3. Select a challenge to view its details.
    4. Choose one of the offered time slots.
    5. Confirm using Accept & Schedule, or decline the challenge.

    📆 What happens after a challenge is accepted

    • The match is automatically scheduled.
    • Both players can see the match in Scheduled Matches Scheduled Matches.
    • The scheduled match also becomes visible to all players, so they can come and watch the battle live.

    Each scheduled match includes two buttons:

    • Add Battle Result → opens the report form with pre-filled opponent and mode.
    • Cancel Match → allows canceling the match (requires a reason).

    Once the battle report is submitted, the scheduled match is automatically marked as completed and removed from notifications.

    📜 Challenge history

    In the Challenge History section, you can view all declined or canceled challenges. Each entry can be deleted using the 🗑️ icon.

    Each player must have their own user profile created on this website.

    Each player can be a member of maximum one team.

    ⚔️ Creating and Disbanding Teams

    Teams can be freely created or disbanded until registration closes.

    👑 Team Leader

    The player who creates the team automatically becomes the Team Leader.

    Team Leader responsibilities:

    • Planning battles with opponents
    • Reporting battle results

    If you wish to change the Team Leader role, you must disband the current team and create a new one.

    Screenshot Upload Rules

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE UPLOADING A SCREENSHOT

    • Players must agree in advance who will upload the screenshot.
    • The system cannot handle a screenshot of the same battle uploaded by both players.
    • Only one screenshot must be submitted per match.

    ✔️ Check Your Extracted Stats Carefully

    After uploading a screenshot, the system extracts the match result and statistics automatically. Always verify that all extracted stats are correct.

    If the system assigns the wrong winner, nickname, or any incorrect values, you can manually correct them before submitting using the Edit button.

    ✔️ Post-Submission Corrections (All Match History)

    Each player can also edit their OCR-extracted statistics later:

    1. Go to All Match History
    2. Find your battle report
    3. Click on the statistics section
    4. Use the Edit button to fix errors

    ⚠️ OCR is unfortunately not perfect and may produce mistakes. Always double-check the result before confirming.

    ⚠️ Anti-Cheat Warning

    The system is not resistant to cheaters. Anyone caught:

    • creating fake accounts to gain ELO,
    • reporting fake matches,
    • manipulating or forging screenshot-submitted statistics,
    • or performing similar cheating practices,

    ➡️ will receive a permanent IP BAN

    ➡️ and their nickname will remain forever displayed in the Hall of Shame

    What is ELO?

    The ELO system is a rating system that measures the skill level of players based on their match results. It was originally developed for chess but is now widely used in competitive gaming.

    How it works:

    • Winning increases your ELO, losing decreases it
    • Beating stronger opponents (higher ELO) yields more points
    • Losing to weaker players (lower ELO) results in greater loss
    • Beating weaker players provides minimal ELO gain
    • Losing to stronger players causes a small drop

    Key Points:

    • The system assesses result expectation
    • Unexpected wins are rewarded more heavily
    • Unexpected losses are punished more heavily
    • All ELO calculations are processed in chronological order
    • Maximum ELO gain or loss per match is capped at 50 points

    This ensures fair competition and accurate skill representation over time.
