No worries. After my next, I won’t be coming back, and this kind of reaction is honestly a big reason why. During the independent era, I carried a massive workload to help keep the show alive, while you all cried that it was gone. I did all of this while also running my OWN channel and Team Four star. At the same time. Alone. (TFS up until episode 11 until I finally received help) That effort came from passion, love, and commitment, not obligation. But you guys really know how to ruin that and barely know jack shit of what goes on behind the scenes.
It’s disappointing to see that work reduced to complaints or entitlement instead of basic appreciation. I’m proud of what I contributed, and I stand by the decision to move on. I wish the team well going forward.

Merry Christmas DA. DB fans post-S10 have had such entitlement issues and I deeply apologize for that. I still remember seeing you debut on the show with Ganon vs Drac and being blown away by how awesome the action was in that DB, I didn't think anyone could animate those two moving like that. In any case, its sad to see you go but I understand.

Especially because The Problems Those Episodes Had were Mostly not DAs Fault. He is Just the Animator. He isn't responsible for Writing, Scripting, Choreography and the result. So like it really wasn't his Fault Mostly.

Man it really sucks that you're leaving and I apologize on the behalf of everyone on you getting the absolute worst from this community. I always was the kind to enjoy stupid dumb fights with really cool and standout moments and you were just the guy who fits perfectly with that style. Your fights excelled effects, impact and scenery unlike any other and wholeheartedly thank you for your contribution. You have helped create some of my favorite episodes like obi wan vs kakashi, Frieza vs Megatron, ganon vs dracula and the works.
It's a shame how you had to work with the most unsalvagably toxic matchups where nobody would've been happy. It must suck having your work be dragged down and disregarded for factors outside of your work. I appreciate that you were a good sport about Kratos vs Asura. It's thanks to your work I found the absolute goldmine that is your main channel and I've had a blast watching your content (seriously you're pretty funny, also please give me more db super friends).
Before I conclude I would like to take a moment to gush about one of my favorite works of yours which is frieza vs Megatron. It is everything that I absolutely love about your animation the effects, the impacts, the snappiness and how absolutely gorgeous the fight stays throughout and considering this was your first blender fight is a serious testament of your talent as an animator.
To conclude, I know you have alot in your plate to manage, your personal life, your own projects and deathbattle itself and through it all you delivered. You along with many talented artists have helped keep this show alive and I can't thank you enough for this. I am well looking forward to your next episode and keep cooking king

I really feel bad for DA because he got handed all the controversial mu's for the Kickstarter era.
Omnidock would have always been controversial do to it's scaling which DA had no say in.
Krasura and Hulkzilla had really toxic and contentious debates over the winners which again DA doesn't decide the winners of the episodes he animates.
And a lot of folks were completely against the idea of Chiefslayer even getting a rematch do to how stompy and dated connections wise that mu is.
Omnidock would've gone down as a solid fight had Bardock won imo
I think them giving Bardock SSJ and having him win the fight because of it would've been controversial (But probably not as much)
Even as someone who believes Bardock should've won I still like a lot of things about the episode.

I would argue that he already got overwhelmed, just because of Krasura, and it's not just the animation. I know that he did bite more than he could chew, but there's definitively pieces that shouldn't have been there in the first place.
I don't think I need to explain the entire lore of that episode's existence, just noting that he fought for it hard, was animating this, probably realised that it might be too much for him, that it got a VERY toxic waiting period, the trailer used an audio clip that didn't fit Asura, which kinda led to another wave of toxicity, luckily saved by DA himself, and the aftermath was ENTIRELY flooded with complaints. There was a time where the biggest slanders for Krasura were "always second" and "Lore VS Feats : The Matchup".
Anyway, yeah, it's for the best. And I hope he gets a well-deserved rest tbh.

And neither episodes were even his fault, he had no control over the verdicts and ultimately also the mischaracterisation in KratoSura either.

I hope DA is well despite this no matter what to me. After he is done, he deserves a long brea,k especially after the hate that happened on the episodes he has worked on. It feels unnecessary to attack him on just doing his job than anything no matter what.
