Watanabe Sake Brewery
Tanomachi Ko 2032-1, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture
A shochu brewery whose representative brand is "Asahi Mannen". Tano-cho, Miyazaki City, where the brewery is located, is a rural town where agriculture is the main focus, with most of the town consisting of rice paddies and fields. The symbol of the town is Mt. Wanitsuka, which stretches across Miyazaki City, Nichinan City, and Mimata Town, Kita-morokata District, and displays a majestic mountain profile. "Asahi Mannen" is brewed in a climate that is warm and unique to southern Kyushu, surrounded by a rich natural environment. The fourth-generation owner, Koichiro Watanabe, aims not for shochu that appeals to everyone, but to "continue to make sake that even one in ten thousand people can say is truly delicious from the bottom of their hearts." Please enjoy the taste, carefully crafted step by step with passion, along with family and brewery workers, by doing what is natural, naturally.
Kodama Brewery

A shochu brewery with the potato shochu "Toji Junpei" handled by Mr. Junpei Kanemaru, the current Mr. Mori, as its representative brand. Obi is a place where Kodama Brewery has a brewery, and it is a place with an atmosphere that retains many of the townscape and atmosphere under the castle, and tourists from all over the world, as well as inside and outside the prefecture, come to stroll around the town. In sake brewing, with the theme of "brewing with all your might," we are particular about a method called "tekoji," which is one of only a few breweries in Miyazaki Prefecture, where everything is done by hand from the first rice washing without using machines. Yanagida Sake Brewery
Hayasuzucho 14-4, Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture
It is the oldest shochu brewery in Miyazaki Prefecture's Miyakonojo City, with barley shochu "Akakage" and potato shochu "Senbon Sakura" as its representative brands. Taking advantage of the pure and abundant spring water of Miyakojo City, at the southwestern tip of Miyazaki Prefecture, and the climate suitable for fermentation, we are particular about all the ingredients of wheat, potatoes, and rice. The brewery is represented by Tadashi Yanagida, a former engineer and fifth-generation brewer who is also known as the Edison of the shochu world. We customize our own distillers to create our own unique taste. We believe that shochu is a "living thing" that has an infinite variety of flavors and aromas depending on the change in ingredients and the method of preparation, and carefully expresses the sincerity of the ingredients
Oyama Jinshichi Store
Nishikata 4657, Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture
Founded in 1875, Oyama Jinshichi Shoten's shochu is born in Ibusuki, which is surrounded by abundant nature. Nearby is Karafunekyo, which is known as a place of famous water (certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as one of the 100 best water towns), and Miyagahama spring water is used for brewing water.
Ibusuki is a land characterized by a subtropical climate that is also called the "Hawaii of Japan" with a high annual average temperature of about 19 degrees Celsius due to the influence of warm currents. It is also known as the northern limit of the land where cycads grow wild and the black-legged butterfly, which is said to be a "butterfly that calls happiness", flutters.
In this blessed environment, we use sweet potatoes and natural water grown in the fertile land of Nansatsu to carefully prepare shochu and pay attention to every drop. In addition, from 2019 (the first year of Reiwa), we started manufacturing craft gin, and we are also working on unique gins that incorporate botanicals unique to Ibusuki.
While cherishing the traditions that have been passed down, we continue to evolve with the times and continue to create unique spirits.
Tenbai Sake Brewery

Located in Chikuzen-cho, Asakura District, Fukuoka Prefecture, Tenbon Sake Brewery is a passionate brewer with the concept of "a new distilled spirit experience that delivers happiness to the dining table" under the theme of "making distilled spirits that can be proud of the world." Using 100% two-row barley from Fukuoka and Saga prefectures, we have established a style that maximizes the flavor of the barley by our unique two-time distillation at normal pressure, while utilizing high-quality raw materials from the Chikushi Plain and the underground water of the Kosho Mountains. We are particular about natural brewing and practicing sustainable shochu production that circulates local resources. In addition, while learning about the brewing process of Japan sake, we pursue a new style in which shochu does not "cut" the taste of food, but "accompanies and enhances" it, creating shochu that is a distilled liquor but has an affinity with food like brewed sake.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does KBT have an expiration date?
The expiration date is about 2 months for the shortest one. It depends on the product, so please check the bottle notation for details.
Does "Totonootto" deliver a different flavor of kombucha every month?
At "Toto Otto", we mainly deliver two types of kombucha: "sencha" and "holy basil". Therefore, you will not receive a completely different taste every month, and there will be months when you will enjoy the same flavor. However, depending on the season, special flavors may be added, and you can enjoy the changes that are unique to that time of year.
Some products have "liqueur" written on the back label. Are they not shochu?
This product is barrel-aged shochu, but under Japanese liquor tax laws, there are restrictions on the "depth of color." If the color exceeds the standard, it cannot be shipped as shochu. Therefore, a small amount of dietary fiber is added, and the product is categorized as "liqueur." Rest assured, the contents are genuine shochu.
The applicable shipments are those for April 2025 and November 2025.
Can this be bundled with regular products?
We are unable to combine regular orders with 'Totonootto' for shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I purchase the 'Totonootto' subscription service starting mid-term?
This subscription service is a limited-time offer available from April 2025 to March 2026.
You can apply mid-term, but reservations will close once the maximum number of subscriptions is reached.
Is it possible to pay for several months at once?
We do not accept lump sum payments.
When is the shipping date?
The shipping date is scheduled for the 15th of each month. Delivery takes approximately 2–3 days after shipping, depending on your location.
You can check and change the delivery date using the tracking number provided in the 'Shipping Confirmation Email' sent after dispatch.
Is it possible for the purchaser and the recipient of the subscription to be different people?
