I'm not necessarily new to fuuzoku, I've been going to oppai pubs and onakura for many years, just never anything beyond that. Recently I realized that since I load up on health options at onakura, I could just be going to actual health for the same price and probably get a longer time and better experience.

So, can anyone recommend any (beginner friendly) deli health in Shinjuku? I have searched around and have seen Delice and Shinjuku Heart mentioned but I'm wondering if there's others I should know about. I am totally unfamiliar with finding and booking love hotels for "business" purposes, so that's the main thing I'm unsure about. If it's at all possible to leave the selection to the shop I would like to do that.

I'm N2 Japanese so I hope that opens a few doors.

Booking a Love Hotel is a no brainer, you should not worry about that. 90% are as easy as it gets.....there are only a few automated ones that are annoying. Go to one with a person at the front desk. Delivery Health shops won't do the booking for you but most Hotel Health shops will call the hotels and put in a reservation for you, but to be honest that doesn't make a huge difference. Just try to pick a time when not everything is booked, avoid weekend evenings etc...

I guess the most popular DH shops in Shinjuku with many reviews here on the forum are Robotdeli, Gingira, JK Style.....but with N2 level Japanese a lot more should be available to you if you give them a call.

With N2 Japanese you should be able to get into any Deli health that would accept foreigners, as the interactions with staff boil down to making an appointment (date, time, name etc.) For good shops regardless of language there are a ton of options and offerings. If you want a sure-fire thing aim for specifically foreigner targeted establishments like Shady Motion. They charge a bit more but are tailored towards foreign tourists and have multilingual staff. Otherwise, some good shops include RoboDeli, Gingira, Asian Mystique, JK Style, the list goes on
