Any experience with A-Tech ram
I was looking at getting a lot of ram for a server build and I came across A-Tech on ebay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/325343526471?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=hCBgAHuqSCi&sssrc=2047675&ssuid=qfxoszfuqig&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY)
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them also I am using an 11th gen intel processor
You linked ECC LRDIMMs. Those would work for Xeon E5 v3/v4 or Xeon Scalable, but not for Xeon E3/EXXXX or consumer processors.
You said 11th gen, so I’m assuming Core 11th Gen, as 11th Gen Xeon equivalent would be Ice Lake Xeon (Xeon SP 3rd gen) and I don’t think you’d be looking at A-Tech RAM if you bought Ice Lake. So no, the memory linked won’t work in your system.
To get better advice, you should actually list the hardware you have or are looking at.
I am using an Intel core CPU so I am still not sure
Have had no issues. It's very basic, no frills, but they still make brand new sticks of older gen memory.
Bought a 16gb kit from them earlier this year with no issues
what about now ? still no issue ?
Still no issues
