You can now add tags to multiple notes in desktop apps. Just select multiple notes in the notes list and choose "Add Tags" from the right pane menu, the added tags will be appended to the bottom of your notes 
NEW: You can now choose to display the time in 12-hour or 24-hour format.
Please go to Settings > General > Time format to select the option.
UpNote now supports a new “Quick Actions” widget to help inserting text, images and drawing quickly into your notes. You can customize where the new note should be added: All Notes, Tags or Notebooks. Hope this will help taking note become easier and more convenient
