The Oracle Contributor Agreement gives Oracle and the
contributor joint copyright interests in the code.

rights to Oracle as the project sponsor.

Sign or join a Company Agreement
If your employer claims the intellectual property
(IP) created by you, your employer must agree to
make a code contribution on your behalf. For this
common use case, your employer needs to sign the
Company Agreement and add you as a member of the
agreement.
Sign an Individual Agreement
If you don't work for a company that claims your
intellectual property (IP) and you can retain the
rights to your own IP (e.g., students, consultants,
startup employees), you may sign an Individual
Agreement.
